All paperwork must be completed before the appointment will be processed, and we will contact you when your appointment is complete. All agent and agency appointments are processed effective the first day of the month. If your appointment request is received within five business days of the first of the month, it will be processed with the effective date of the current month. Any request received after the 5th business day will be processed effective the 1st of the following month.
